Zach is bilingual and primarily practices timeshare litigation,
family law, personal injury, workers' compensation, employment
law, and real estate-related litigation. He was raised in the
Lowcountry and educated at Winthrop University and the Charleston
School of Law where he earned an Honors Political Science and
Spanish Degree and a Juris Doctorate, respectively.
An Editor of the Federal Courts Law Review, Zach graduated cum
laude. Zach also attended the University of Salamanca, Spain,
and the FENIX Language Institute, Mexico. In Mexico, Zach worked
with a transnational human rights organization, El Centro de
Legal experience includes Air Force JAG, non-profit representation
of indigent people, founding Naert Law Firm, LLC, and employment
with various private law firms throughout South Carolina.
Joseph DuBois is an undergraduate of the The Citadel's class
of 2000. While attending The Citadel, Joe was company commander
and a member of the Summerall Guard. Upon his graduation and
receipt of a degree in Civil Engineering, Joe attended law school
at the University of South Carolina. After graduation and passing
the South Carolina Bar Exam in 2003, Joe clerked for the Honorable
Paul E. Short, Junior, first at the 6th Judicial Circuit and
later at the South Carolina Court of Appeals. Following the
completion of these clerkships, Joe began private practice in
the Charleston area, representing clients in a wide variety
of matters. In 2010, Joe began practicing law in the Hilton
Head Island area.

Sarah is a bright and upcoming paralegal currently pursuing
her career at the Technical College of the Lowcountry. She
is a native of the Lowcountry and a graduate of Thomas Heyward
Academy. Sarah has legal experience with multiple private
law firms in Jasper and Beaufort counties, including civil
litigation, family law, personal injury, workers compensation,
and timeshare dispute litigation. She works hard to give back
and contribute to the to the community by participating in
numerous local events and organizations.
Devon is bilingual in Spanish and English. She obtained a
Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish at Armstrong Atlantic State
University in Savannah, Georgia in 2012. Along with volunteering
at the Good Samaritan Clinic in Garden City, Georgia, as an
interpreter, Devon has also translated documents and interpreted
in other industries.
Hillary is part of our administrative team and has legal experience
working for multiple private law firms in the Lowcountry.
She is a graduate of Thomas Heyward Academy class of 2011
and was born and raised in South Carolina.
Michael Bennett is an undergraduate of the University of South
Carolina class of 2010. While at the University of South Carolina,
Michael received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Darla
Moore School of Business with majors in both Management and
Marketing. Michael is currently attending the University of
South Carolina School of Law and is expected to earn his Juris
Doctor Degree in May of 2014.
